Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my diagrams if I downgrade?
Your diagrams are never deleted. If you exceed the free tier limit, you'll still be able to view and export them, but you won't be able to create new ones until you upgrade or delete some existing diagrams.
How does team billing work?
With Team plans, you pay per user per year. Each team member gets their own Pro subscription with access to all features. You can add or remove team members at any time, and billing adjusts accordingly.
Can I add more team members later?
Yes! You can add team members up to your purchased seat count. If you need more seats, you can upgrade your team plan at any time through the Teams management panel.
